Made with a wide bottom, the saucepan maximizes heat conduction for cooking vegetables and making sauces. Because the bottom has an aluminum core, it uniformly heats up, while the rest of the pan is made of heavy-duty stainless steel. Controlling evaporation and speeding up cooking, a cover is included with the pan. With a handle that is welded for strength, the pan can be used with induction ranges.
