Our unique product slows down the cooking process and helps prevent overcooking while infusing delicious, authentic Cajun flavors into all types of boiled seafood. Whether you’re a novice or experienced boiler, the combination of our Dry Seasoning and Frozen Liquid Concentrate will take your boils to the next level by infusing our signature flavor profile with both ease and consistency. Great tasting boiled seafood, every time/// that’s the new Spice-N-Ice tradition. Directions: 1- Bring water to a boil, add one bag of dry seasoning to the pot. (Note: If you cook your vegetables first, only use ½ of the dry spice for perfect vegetables every time.) 2- Add the desired seafood to the pot, and let the seasoned water come back to a rolling boil. After the water is boiling, use the chart below to determine the correct cooking time. 3- When your desired seafood is done, shut the burner off, and add one bag of the frozen concentrate into the pot and stir. The frozen concentrate will slow down and stop the cooking process. Let the contents soak for the indicated time below. 4- Strain. Serve. Enjoy.
